Magelo Sync is not updating my character even though it is reporting that is was successful. OS is MS Windows Vista 64 Ultimate Here is the error log. . . Hello ThalliusTrueheart, With a registered account, Magelo Sync will synchronize your character identity and guild information only. You need a Premium account in order to fully sync your character. You can take now the trial offer to try out all the Premium features including the full auto sync for 10 days.

I can't get the 10 day trial as it says I already have a premium subscription. Since the sync update today I can't even log into it. EDIT: Another update has fixed all that, thanks.

Yes, we patched Magelo Sync yesterday to fix a problem with the auto login option, but we introduced another bug at the same time that was preventing you to login. This bug has been fixed and everything is back to normal now. Your Premium trial has been activated correctly and it will run until August 18.
