Ok, perhaps I am missing something. I am from the days of manual character creation. I decided to update my profiles as I am actively playing once again. However, Magelo Sync fires up, logs in and says: "Magelo Sync is trying to detect your currently logged character, please wait. If your character doesn't appear after a few seconds, let us know using the support forum." I gave it more than a couple seconds, lol, perhaps 10+ minutes. Any pointers will be helpful, thanks.

Hello Aanadien and welcome back! We are currently working on the update of Magelo Sync to support the new game patch applied yesterday, so you need to wait a little bit longer before you can try again. Please keep an eye on the homepage news where we will post an update.

Well that explains it. Was happy to see Magelo still alive and well, & am looking forward to updating my profiles

Thank you for your kind words. We patched Magelo Sync few hours ago so you can try again to sync your character. Let me know how it goes.
