it does not syc at all and i cannot add characters either .. im premium even added extra slots sync button doesnt come up and it doesnt locate my characters

There was a game patch on December 11 and we are working on the update of Magelo Sync. You should have a message about that when you open Magelo Sync.
Please keep an eye on the homepage announcement where we will post an update. Thanks!
