Message says my character Leguvane (Luclin server)is synched, but new items are not showing up.

I cant get sync to work keeps telling me I need java I got java 7 uninstalled java and sync reinstalled java and then reinstalled sync anyone know what the problem maybe

2 different issues here at play:
1) Magelo Sync will sync your items only if you are a premium members.
2) If you are using a 64bit operating system, Magelo Sync will try to find the java 7 64bit so you need to install it as well (beside the 32bit version that you already have).
