I am not sure if this is where I should post this or not, but the Royal Emblem is showing an additional Heroic Stat than it does in game (or even what Allakhazam says the max stat is).

I have looked at other people's Royal Emblem and some of them are showing correctly, so it is not a global problem (but it is still not 100% correct).

The stats on the charm are at 100% for 8 items but will go up to I believe 110 with 10 items equipped. Some classes don't have more than their 8 visible items for class specific, but rogue's for example have class specific daggers which qualify to increase charm stats. If you are manually updating your gear instead of using sync, set the charm percentage to 110 to see the updated stats.
If you are reviewing the charm in game, make sure you click the modified button to see true stats.
