Does anyone from the Magelo Staff read the subject forum? I have a post there and its been there for like 2 weeks and no reply.. I am sure they are busy but why have a forum if you are not gonna respond..

You mean this topic which is in the Bug report forum, that you posted a week ago? Jelan did address it in another topic, which can be found here, also in the bug report forum. Apologies for not linking these posts together.
