Anyone else having issues with Sync? Character poofs when sync'd.

Fixed your issue, you somehow had a corrupted augment, had to delete it to fix your profile. Please sync again to add it back.

I can no longer see my owned keys, I have been in to edit character & the checks are in the boxes but nothing showing on the key page of my profile

Upadate as of 4/20/16 magelo does not update or allow syncing of my characters

Everquest has been patched, we are working on Magelo Sync, it should be updated very soon. Keep an eye on our homepage for latest status.
