Got email that account due for renewal on the 9/4/2016 Credit card is invalid and needed updating Only way it would let me update the capture was to cancel auto rebilling... Then request a new auto rebilling with new card. Problem... Now my subscription says its due 6 days earlier next year... Question ... Because i paid 6 days earlier to ensure no missed days due to newCredit card am i loosing 6 days renewal? You would think if my old expiry dste was 9/4/16 ? The new one would be 9/4/17 not 6 days earlier cause i paid early...wouldnt It be better to have option to update card ??

Hi Szazor, Your subscription was set to expire on April 4th 2016 and when you manually re subscribed on the 3th, it pushed it 360 days later to April 5th 2017: > http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadded.html?d1=10&m1=04&y1=2016&type=add&ay=&am=&aw=&ad=360&rec= So you did not loose any day, I am not sure what made you think you did.

As for the auto renewing with updated credit card, it' s a known issue and current limitation with our current payment provider. We will address that fairly soon when we move to a new one. Thanks for supporting us by the way.
