EverQuest has been patched on June 22, 2016. The Patch Notes is available in the game forum.
Magelo Sync has been patched!
As always when it takes some extra time to patch Magelo Sync, we have granted 3 extra days to all our premium users.

I think there may be an error related to the new Epic Retelling achievement / ornaments. I've several characters with that complete, they're unable to sync. Other characters on the same accounts sync fine.

Same was a problem for my main character.
Ornamentation "Night" is in the primary weapon; it was unknown to Magelo yet.
I sync'ed with the ornamentation out of the slots so Magelo Database should know it now.
After putting "Night" back into its slot I was able to sync again.

"Unable to synchronize character."
"An error has occurred during the synchronization. Please Try again later."
I also have equipped one of the newly added ornamentations "The Unkempt". However, whether the ornament is equipped in my primary weapon slot #2 or dropped into my bags makes no difference. Unable to sync either way.
edit:
After several attempts, it did eventually sync with a success message. However, now my profile isn't loading. I just get the System Error page with the pic of the dwarf with the broken cables.

Hi guys,
The root issue should be fixed now and profiles which were doing System Error are loading correctly. If you had an issue syncing a particular item, please give it another try and let me know how it goes.

Magelo Sync is still not working for me and I have synced my profile several times. It is still showing my old loot.
