When I synced my Magelo today, it wasn't showing my updated shoulders. I had to manually enter them into my Magelo since they won't sync on their own. Thank you!

This just happened to me, too. I updated characters Finavar and Bianca and the gear changes did not update to Magelo.

Your premium membership has expired and as a result, Magelo Sync does not sync your gear anymore which explains what you are currently experiencing.
