Purchased the Premium year long sub last night, and it has reflected in my "Account" information.

However, when I attempt to click on any of the "Premium" features on the right hand side of the main page, I am redirected to the purchase page for Premium. This happens on multiple browsers.

First of all, thanks for your support. As for your issue, that's pretty weird. Have you tried to explicitely logout and then log back in ?

that's really weird, your account is in good standing and it should not behave that way at all. Have you tried to clear your cache ?

If that is still does not solve your issue, could you record it so I can have a look ? You can do that easily using https://gyazo.com

Cleared cache, even tried it on a new PC (rebuilt yesterday) still no luck.

Ha I suspected something like that was at play. It's partly our fault for creation this confusion by still displaying that ticker box even if you are premium.

So that premium ticker window on the right is mainly a presentation that leads to what the premium offer is. It's not contextualised depending if you are already premium or not.

To actually access and use the premium features, you would do that in the left Menu.

Let me know if that clears things up for you or if you have any other questions.
