On my computer the zone maps will not display for TBL and ToV zones. I don't see them either in the regular zone database or as the kill underlayment in the NPC database. As of 20200308 I'm using the latest patched versions of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and neither browser will display the maps.
When I searched the bug forum I find there are old bug reports from previous expansions stating the same problem. However those were cleared for those zones at some point in time because I can see all expansions from RoS and older.

You are correct, I need to add those zones maps, I will take care of that this week. Thanks for the report.
