I just subscribed today, 09/22/2021, I downloaded the sync app and worked through the java issues to get it running when I started the sync app it it popped up a window saying "eqgame.exe has been Patched, Magelo Sync will be updated soon to support this version." I checked the forums and I could not find anything showing it was currently being updated. Checking to see if this is a known issue.

Any ETA on when we can sync again?
I specifically re-subbed to sync and it's been 5 days since I subbed, and 7 days since the patch.

This is still broken. I just resubbed for another year. Are prorated refunds being offered? This should be updated on patch day but over the last year, it's been days or weeks after before it works again. Seems more like a side project than actively maintained.

I just found this product and gave it a shot. It's not working for me, so I guess uninstall and move on. Why would I ever pay for a broken product? I guess there is no alternative so that's the only reason people use this I would presume.

The game was patched so the Magelo software is waiting on its patch, its not broken.

This is a paid service, game was updated over a week ago and we still can't use the application. I would say that is broken.

Actually the game had just be updated once more, so this is a second update on top of the first, a bit more time is now needed ...

Actually no, the executable nor the dlls or any client files were updated in the second patch. That was server side only to fix instances.
|
