I cannot log in to sync. Getting a window that says the game was patched. EQ forums say a UI Hotfix was done on 12/5/2024

Little more than a UI update, the new expansion was launched lol. New expansions usually take a little more time for an update than just a patch.

Hi,

I am waiting for the game to stabilize which always take a week or so after they release an expansion.
They patched the game already 5 times since the expansion launch and the last patch was just a few hours ago...

Understandable. Just recently signed up for premium and haven't used sync in a long time. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't an issue on my end. Really appreciate the info/update!

Any updates on this? PoP launched 2 weeks ago on Teek and would love to be able to sync my characters...and haven't been able to since that time

The game client has finally reached some stability and I have patched the database and Magelo Sync.
Please keep in mind that they patched the game 6 times in 10 days...

OK – I was able to start Magelo Sync... and update my Toon Profile. However, Magelo Sync is seemingly unable to tell what zone I am in, my target, etc.
