Program isnt detecting characters. At first try it detected my alt Wakt but not my Main Svann. Now its not detecting either one.

Ok, I got it to work by leaving hodstock and going to guild hall. Here are the failure files hoping it helps you fix the issue.

Thanks for the log, I have fixed the issue.
Please restart Magelo Sync to get the update and it should just work now.
