I just found your site and was excited about your character Sync program. After using the EQ Item Collector for so long, after it stopped working I had given up on finding another reliable Item Collector.

Unfortunately, after syncing 3 characters, I upgraded to your premium membership and now the Sync has stopped detecting my characters.

No errors, it's just stuck on the screen telling me it's trying to detect my logged in character. I've switched Zones and logged them out and back in with no luck.

Any suggestions?

OK, well I restarted everything and now it seems to be working. Hoping i won't have to do that very often because I do really like your interface.

I did select to automatically synchronize my characters and that doesn't seem to be working, but that's just a minor inconvenience.
