Currently things seem riddled with bugs. Five of my ten characters are not being detected by Magelo Sync when I log in at all, even after several logins. The other five are being detected as normal. Two of the five that are being detected are showing with white hair instead of their correct colour. One of the five detected has an item not showing on the 3D Model (Primal Mooncloth Shoulders). I can see that several people seem to be struggling with similar problems. Is there any sort of an idea of how long this will take to fix?

Hi Bustywench, Could you please link your log file here? Just press "Ctrl + Shift + L" when you are on Magelo Sync as it is explained in the guide available in our help section: If I have an issue with Magelo Sync, what can I do? . It will be helpful for us to better understand the origin of the issue. Thanks

Hello Heartless and welcome to Magelo! The white hair seems to be an ongoing issue; we're still working on identifying some errors in the 3D engine. We're going to let you know when it's fixed, but for now its something we all have to bear with. Thank you for your patience.
