When I lick on my URL to view my equipment on single page or on my edit character I get promoted to download. http://eq.magelo.com/profile/1057746 There is no reason this should prompt me to download its not a program file. Can anyone tell me why I can not look at my equipment at all?

Hi, Deckmar! That sounds really strange, could you let me know which operating system and browser are you using? I would suggest checking the permissions with cookies in your browser and firewall to see if there's any restrictions that may have made this happen.

i am also havign this issue when using IE 8 Chrome and firefox work fine. system is win 7 64bit using IE 8

Hello Haligan, Could you please check out your Internet settings for IE 8 (Tools > Internet Options) and see if the Security and Privacy settings are at Medium? If you prefer keeping them at High, you can add the following to your safe list: magelo.com www.magelo.com eq.magelo.com eq.sig.magelo.com cdn.magelo.com That should resolve the issue.
