Why dont we spend a minute or two and fix the crap that dont work. You charge us for a program thats not accurate and dont work half the time. Click on a name and all that pops up is a blank page-( going on before new expansion) Please Please Please get rid of the multiple accounts of the same toon. If you guys cant put a lil effort into maintaining this stuff it will be the last payment you get from me. And again dont blame it on a new expansion this stuff been going on forever

Hi Pammis,
I understand your frustration and I am working on cleaning up the house as we speak.
We just patched both Magelo Sync and the website to address various issues regarding the new expansion and among other thing the blank page on new Npc.
I will tackle the multiple accounts of the same toon very soon as well !
