when i click on my character it just goes to the page where it tells me how to DL the magelo sync n how to use it i do those steps n click on my characters again n it brigns me right back to the same page ive tried everything n its y i posted  (

Are you sure you are logged under the same Magelo account with Magelo Sync ? Because it does sound like you are syncing on a different account.

At the same time, I do see a character now under your current account.. Did you solve your issue in the end ?

I'm having the same issue.
I created a new account, downloaded the sync tool, and ran it while my character was logged on. The sync tool found my character (Malgrinnor), and I can see his gear and stats. However, when I login to the website to view the character, I get the instructions to download the sync tool; the 'Select a character' in the toolbar also shows that I have no characters. Additionally, when I click on his name to open his magelo profile, it goes to profile 0, which is just a blank page.

The "Slots: 0 free of 0" part is odd. I don't have any slots?

There is in fact an issue with the synchronization at the moment.
Other members reported the same type of problem so we are working on it.
We will keep you posted as soon as you can try again.

Riffdaemon3D, we pushed an update regarding the sync issue last week-end. Could you please try again to sync your character and let us know if you still have an issue?
