You know, I think I figured out what is wrong. I bet the magelo link they're clicking on is to an old profile no longer used and magelo is updating their character to a newer url. Is the magelo link you're clicking on to see your profile off the "characters" link to the left of this screen? Or are you clicking it on www.eqrankings.com or something?
