Hello everyone, we've just made another patch that should resolve all the difficulties you had with Magelo Sync.
Would you please try Sync your characters again and let us know if you are still having any issues?

I just finished putting together a new computer. I came here to download synch - the two tabs that should link synch to the download don't do anything at all. Please fix the link.
Link right clicks to show it as an image only.

Korthaf MoD, if you are having difficulties getting Magelo Sync to detect your characters, would you mind posting the Magelo Sync log please?

I am able to sync my char.. but my gear will not show on my magelo link..

Can sync but shows old profile, shows the date of last sync as of today also so part is working just not the gear updateing.

You guys are both showing as 'Registered' users which means you don't have a current subscription. Sync won't update your gear without a subscription, just your level and guild status.

It looks like im sync-ing: Magelo Sync 4.1.4 window comes up, I click the button, I get the "your character has been synchronized successfully" message. When I check my character page, only the date of last update changes. Gear and AAs remain the same.

Not updating my gear/AA, and on my screen it shows me as a Premium user.
Premium User, expiration date of Nov 30 2009

Ok, looks like the page finally updated. Some kind of massive lag or something perhaps? No idea really.
My profile is now up to date around 15 mins after I synched heh.

I had the no everquest running issue last night. funny thing is I had 3 accounts logged in. I tried logging out of 1 accout and then back in and still no accounts detected. this morning I was looking form work and klow and behold alll 3 accts had finally been updated this morning.

other tham time between last night and today nothing has changed I left sync running will have to check the status when I get home and see if it finallly detected the accounts that were active or atleast showing them in the UI.
