Sorry for the late reply Fatchoy, I checked your account and it looks like your character has been synchronized on April 30. So do you still have an issue? Please let me know. Thank you.

According to my magelo, it hasn't sync'ed since January. http://eq.magelo.com/profile/1272183 I still don't see the Sync button when I open up Magelo (with EQ open). Nevermind. Think I may have found out why. I opened Magelo first and ran EQ through the link there - looks like this opened up EQ (as administrator? using Windows 7). Sync button shows up then. Normally, I'd run EQ first (as normal, non-administrator user) and then open up Magelo. Magelo Sync doesn't detect my character when I open up the programs in that order anymore.

This is interesting... thanks for your explanation Fatchoy. I will talk about that with Jelan and we will keep you posted.
