I have 3 of 3 game slots used for my normal eq accounts. My son used a free account on my computer and magelo was running in the background. Now magelo overwrote one of my game slots with the free account and I can't sync one of my normal accounts. Tried deleting the toon that synced from the free account but that didn't help.

No problem, that can happen. Magelo Sync was probably in auto login with your Magelo account when your son played the game with his own account.
I manually reset your game slots so you should have no issue to sync your characters now.

Doesn't seem to have fixed the issue. Turned off auto login and and auto sync, but still blocked from syncing the correct third account.
