Hi,
I'm unable to sync just one of the characters on my Everquest account (the only one I play), here's the error I get every time I hit the "sync now" button.

Ganelron, lvl 100 warrior on the Tunare server will not sync. I noticed that "Ganelron, lvl 80 warrior on the Tunare server still has an active magelo that hasn't been updated since 2008 (this is my old magelo). I deleted the old Ganelron from my magelo account yesterday thinking this would solve the sync problem but it didn't have any effect.
Any help with this would be great.
