I am having the same issue. I cannot sync my toons either for Everquest

Hello, There was a game patch yesterday and we are working on updating Magelo Sync. You will be able to try again as soon as Magelo Sync is up again. Should be good today! Please keep an eye on the homepage news for more info.

Magelo Sync has been patched on Friday so everything should be working now. Let us know if it's not the case. Have a good WE.
