My Magelo profile will not sync my character and I am logged in and sync is running. It says contact Support for help. I have latest Java

Hi guys,
Whenever there is a game patch, we need to patch Magelo Sync as well to support the latest version of the game. We usually do that within 1 business day unless there is some important game mechanics changes or new contents. In any case, if it takes more than 1 day, we grant extra days to all our premium to indemnify them for the time lost.
SoE just released their 20th expansion on the 8th and just hotfixed the game on the 10th. We just now patched Magelo Sync so you should be able to sync your characters just fine.
