I ran sync this morning 9/22 and my profile is showing a 0 quantity for all stackable items (potions, throwing items, food etc). This is also affecting the "My inventory" screen, returning a quantity of 0 for all items belonging to the sync'd character.

I'm having the same issue. All of the stacked items are NOT showing the total quantity of that stacked item as it did before.

What I'm seeing isn't just stacked items but entire inventory in general seems to be zeroed out. Looking through it by item, amount is 0, 0 in bank, 0 in inventory for everything.

This is happening to me, too. When I search for items in my inventory, if some, the character is noted stating whether the thing is in bank or in carried inventory. However the amount of the item is 0. And the link which would usually show in what container the item is to be found does not work.

I am having the same problem. I would add that it is only on characters I have activated since the last patch - all other characters still show the correct information.

This is very inconvenient as I use this feature virtually every single night to transfer and stack Trade Skill items...
|

I figure either a more important project came along or everyone is on vacation. I haven't seen an post reply from Jelan, or Loulina since the backlash over the new ranking information. Hope they get back soon.

I am having same issue today 10/15/2014. Been going on a long time. I hope they fix this or even acknowledge this soon.

Ok this is getting beyond ridiculous. This thread started a month ago and still no response???? Are they going to extend our premium subscriptions for this?
