while browsing some profiles I notice that some peeps have base mana+ stats higher than others for peeps at the same lvl. Why is this and how are those stats determined? For instance my 64 chanter has base mana+ of 2 sit / 24 stand, saw some at 4 / 28, and another at 1 / 25. race didn't seen to be the reason and all were compared at same lvl (64 in this case)

I believe this is caused by one or more AA's.

It depends on the AA a character has. The current maximum mana regen per tick (not counting meditation skill and buffs, only standing mana regen from items) is 33. Base mana regen is 15 AA's in mental clarity (arch AA) (3 extra) AA's in the Expansive Mind AA for more mana regen by items (OOW AA)(5 extra) AA's in the Labrynthine Mind AA for more mana regen by items (TSS AA)(5 extra) AA's in the Mental Serenity AA (TSS AA) (5 extra)
