I posted on my account that My chars need reset again Lainiea is the char that created a new number and it is invalid on boards. I get a reply and come into the site to see what was posted...and I am NOT ABLE TO LOG ON. I know my account information but keep getting told that my user name and/or password are not correct. I click the link to report it and it says the link is not available. It is in a loop where I cant get into my account now. PLEASE HELP ME.
