I m sure this is listed someplace but I didnt see it. What do you do if your item is brand new and not listed in the database. I already performed the auto sync.

Nothing. The Update program is the only way to add new items to the database. Jelan is still working on the TBS items, however, so it's possible some of those are excluded for the time being to prevent database and/or profile corruption.

There was a bug in Magelo Update preventing new items to be inserted in our database. This should be fixed with Magelo Update 3.0.22

I have attempted to update several new additions to my gear (ie Bloodfueled Rage Stone (aug) onto my Ring of Disdain), and continue to get a "System Error" message when I search for the Ring of Disdain. As of today (3/19), I am still unable to successfully update items.
