I have not been able to use sync for the last two days. I went to the error file and copied the error log. I even went to the url given and down loaded the missing file but was unsure of where to put it to make anything work. I am not technically gifted so quit playing around for fear of making things worse. The error log follows:

I have this problem too, but tried to follow what someone else posted about downloading a file and putting it somewhere, firstly, all I get is a thing called 'sync.launch' is this what I need? secondly, where does it go, I tried popping it in the Magelo programme file on my C: but all I get is the same result, I also popped it into one of the sub files, same problem, so an idiots guide as to how to fix this would be much appreciated, I haven't subscribed to premium for a long time because all I have had is problems trying to get this to run for months, even say years, so till I know it works, then I am not prepared to re-subscribe, sorry.

Having the same problem last two days, can not get it to sync. I know nothing about computers, thus am of no help at all. I did do what screen said to, which was try again, I did four times. I came to site and tried reload, did not work, came here hopeful for fix ... need help, please.

I was a Magelo user from the start, back in the day.
Started EQ again, and attempted to log in and my
account was not here. My main back then was Kittieyes,
a Druid Wood Elf (Prior Magelo 755701). Current
Magelo 3697990. But then it got changed again, now is 4162234. Love EQ and Magelo. Now my main is a Mage, Angelmage, level 120.

Same error message here:
This looks like Java doesn't like something along the way and blocks the connect since I can download that URI from the browser.

I'm getting the same error. The Sync window says 'Network Error' in red and then says it cannot download a file.
The launcher was unable to download a required file (/sync/launcher/16/sync.launch?16.1477848656459).

Same issue here.
The launcher was unable to download a required file (/sync/launcher/16/sync.launch?16.1477849642526). If it is the first time this problem occurs, try running Magelo Sync once again. Go to www.magelo.com and check the forums for further help.

Fixed, we changed our CDN provider and they had a default settings preventing our client from interacting with it...
