When Sync does work, it misses about 12 slots of my armor completely. Today several times I couldn't even get my character to sync at all.
It finds my location but never brings up the sync button.
You can see the result in my signature below if you click on it.

Taking another player's tip from another thread, I was able to sync Szilent after logging his account all the way out to desktop, then back in with Sync already running. This is the post-relog Sync log:
