i synced my character last week an after i did he disappeared from the rankings ive tried to re-sync several times now and same result

Uncheck gold only at the top, you should then see your silver seal profile in the rankings.

We only show authentic profile in the default rankings now. You can always see where you stand by forcing the ranking to show all characters.
