Since the latest patch, I am getting the message that I have no games running. This is happening while I have had EQ up and running for a while, then starting sync, and also when I have sync running and then start EQ. I have tried deleting my java files and reinstalling, as well as deleting Sync and reinstalling, but still having the same issues. I do have screenshots available, just not sure how to enter them here.

SSL cert issue with signatures and avatars has been fixed, thanks for reporting.

clb6988, please open a separate issue in the bug forum and please copy paste your Magelo Sync log, thanks.

To be fair, they also re-patched on Friday.

This is nuts guys, No updates on when this might be resolved? I'm thinking of deactivating and come back when you all have it more together. I know the service does not cost much, but I still have a problem with paying for something and not getting the service I paid to get. If it's been patched and still not working we at least need to know this.

Hi Guys,

Magelo Sync has been patched and we have granted 5 extra days to all our premium users. We are currently visiting our relatives in France and so things are a little bit more challenging to stay up to date and be responsive.
