I have tried to log in and sync my char Balterzar. I was able to sync him on Jan 3rd, what has changed. I even update my account through 2022 to get the 3 free months. Can you please check and see what the issue is? It was working fine before.

Is Magelo Sync giving you an error when you sync?
Can you post the logfile?
Hold down Control+Shift+L when Magelo is the active window.

It seems that you synced your character successfully 2 days ago. Is the issue fixed ?
