I recently paid for 12 months subscription, when trying to sync my characters, only my main character will sync, the 2nd shows in the sync block, but is not gold colored, it is black, when I choose to sync this character I get an error message saying my game slots are full, I need to reset, or buy premium,, which I already have, I have deleted the 2nd profile , thinking that would force it to sync, it did not.
