There is a tonne of posts there from people who cannot log in to their accounts because of the password reset and old emails. They cannot change their registered email address because they cannot log in. They cannot carry out the password reset because they cannot receive the email. I'm going to assume that most of us will be very angry if we need to pay again for a new premium subscription when magelo are the ones who messed up our passwords in the first place.

Hi icantlogin, as far as I can tell, our community manager is doing great job dealing with this case by email. So don't worry, email us and we will work out your account.
