I am unable to sync any of my characters since updating magelo to 4.2.

Hello Cildiwena,
What is the error message you get from Magelo Sync?
Could you please also provide the log file of Magelo sync when you try to sync your characters? Just press "ctrl + shift + L" when you have the focus on Magelo Sync. You just need to copy here the content of the pop-up that will appear. It will be helpful to better understand the issue.

Sorry we didn't patch Magelo Sync yesterday as scheduled. We should be able to do it before the end of the week, I will keep you posted.

Magelo Sync should works fine now, please try again to sync your character and let us know if you still have an issue.
