Hi Maeryn,
In My Characters, you should see an icon on the left part that indicate your current ranking status.
In order to rank your character again, you need to run Magelo Sync and sync your identity card.
This verification is required because your character level changed.

Looks like I have the same bug, my 76 mage is not showing up in rankings. I definitely ran Magelo Sync too.

On a side note, the last time I ran Magelo Sync, my mage was like level 60. I leveled him up to 76, ran the "sync" and nothing changed in his profile! Not the character level, any of the gear, etc. When the sync program is running, it reports the right character... so it seems to find my mage online.
Is the Sync supposed to be updating character stats and gear?

Hi Eandori,
Magelo Sync will only sync your character ID with a registered account. So you need to manually update your character to complete his profile in My characters > Edit. The full auto sync is a Premium feature.
Don't hesitate to take the Trial offer to try out all the Premium features for 10 days, including the auto sync. We also have a special offer now for the holidays: if you become on the Premium now for a year, your will get 3 extra months free.
Regarding the Ranking issue, we are working on it and we will keep you posted as soon as it is fixed.

I am also unable to update my ranking using Magelo Sync. I've updated my characters level manually, then hit Magelo Sync and it didn't update my Ranking.

just a heads up since it wasn't posted here, but this seems to be fixed. i tried syncing again today and it worked for some reason.
