Sync not working. Is it me? Or Magelo?

Haven't been able to sync since last Monday (Jan 18, 2016). I know there was a patch. But in the past there always was some sort of notice. A post or something letting the paying customers know it's being worked on.

I just came back to Magelo after a year break, so I don't know how things are done now. But I haven't seen anything about this last patch. And the stuff I have seen (forums, facebook, twiter) is all old and out dated information.

Sync has not been updated, nor has an eta been given. Either would be appreciated.

I paid for a service that isn't being provided.

Sorry about this patch. It took us more time than usual. It's almost done. Magelo Sync will be back soon.

That is 100% understandable.

Next time could you make a forum post letting everyone know what is going on?

I know as a paying customer myself, this would help keep me calm and patient until the update is finished.
