Hello Jelan.
This is getting too frequent.
I cannot sync my main character again. If my main is logged in when I fire up Magelo, it never detects her.

I have deleted the cache and reloaded to no avail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.
Please advise.

Also, it detects the zone I am in, but that's as far as it goes.

Same for me. It will detect zone and nothing else. Been this way for weeks. Or at times I get the "EQ has been patched". etc message after Magelo has been patched.

I have pushed a little update to improve the workflow of reading character information.
Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.
Additionally, can you tell me if this happens only for a given character or for all your characters ?

For me, its mostly my main character, Shelda, my other machines and toons seem to work, but I haven't gone out of my way to test it on everybody.
I just reloaded magelo with my main logged in and same issue.

I tried again today and I have 2 boxes loaded on the same PC and only the other got loaded, my main (Shelda) still isn't being picked up.

So, anything at all?
I really need to keep track of all these days without service and expect that my account and extra slots expiration date is pushed out that many more days.
I'm a fair guy and I know that bugs occur and such, but the last 6 months has been a nightmare for Magelo compared to the other years I've used it.
Anyway, appreciate some progress heads-up or something.

Hey Jelan.
I have another character now, that won't sync, it detects their zone and that's it, it won't go any further. I've tried it on all 5 of my laptops and that character simply won't sync.
Are you aware of any issues on this?

Sorry Shelda for the late feedback on this matter.
From the log I can tell that the issue is Magelo Sync is not able to read your bank information which is pretty weird and makes no sense to me.
Can you confirm that you are running Magelo Sync with 'Run this program as administrator' ?

Yes, the problem is THIS toon, I can sync every other toon on every laptop I have, only this toon won't sync on ANY laptop I have.
I will check her bank for anything "odd" though as an alt, I likely have next to nothing there...

Ok, I got sync to work by adding 1 thing to her bank, she has NOTHING in any bank slot (aside from shared bank), but her bank has nothing, so, clearly this is a bug you need to work out to take into account this possibility of an empty bank.

Ha that's a great find !
It's actually a regression in my code as i used to deal with empty bank just fine in the past. This should be fixed with the latest Magelo Sync update I just pushed.
