Keep getting "Unable to retrieve character's status." then "An error occurred during the synchronization, please try again later"
Tried logging everything down and reinstalling sync, relogging, etc. no luck.

Hi Splixxxen,
Can you please post your Magelo Sync log, it should help us understand what is going on.
You can open the log by clicking CTRL + SHIFT + L when the Magelo Sync window has the focus.

Can you please restart Magelo Sync and give it another try, I believe I might have fixed the issue.
