Hi,

I am unable to synch one character, my hunter. My druid however is synching fine.

Anything i can do?

Certainly, Halya.

Could you try restarting Magelo Sync when you log into your Hunter? if it is still unable to detect your Hunter, please hit Ctrl+Shift+L to open up the Magelo Sync log and copy - paste the contents here. We should be able to find out what has prevented Magelo Sync from detecting your character from the logs.

Am going to try again later but it was detecting my character fine.

It just failed to upload the data to the server, and did not on my druid.

Only difference I can think of is that my hunter has Ulduar gear while the druid does not.

I can now confirm the behaviour.
  • Start Wow
  • Start Magelo Sync (as admin)
  • login to my Hunter, Halya on EU Argent Dawn.
  • click synch button: An error has occured during the synchronisation. Please try again later.
  • click sword button: extra window opens correctly listing my gear and stats.
  • logout
  • Close Magelo Sync
  • login my druid, Ithildiell, same realm.
  • start Magelo Sync (as admin)
  • character is detected, gear and talents too
  • click Sync button
  • success...

I'm having the exact same problem, also on my Hunter.

My Mage and Shaman sync just fine. My Hunter's gear and guild are correctly displayed in the Magelo client but don't show up on the site. When I click the Sync Now button, I get the "An error has occured during the synchronisation. Please try again later" message.

Thank you for your input, guys. I've been informed that this might be due to a glitch caused by a specific item in the database. We've just updated our servers a moment ago to try correct this; would you mind to re-Sync your characters and let me know if it is able to Sync them correctly now please?
