I've gotten 3 emails in 3 days informing me my account expires in 3 months. There a way to turn this off?

Hello Eleena,
It is a glitch that caused the e-mails to be sent thrice in a row. We'll look into this - if you're still getting more of the same e-mail, please post again and let us know.
Anyone else having the same problem?

Forwarded the one I got today. Something is triggering each day around 5:30pm eastern, gotten one each day for last 7 days at the same time.

Thank you, Eleena. I would suggest changing the email to a dummy email temporarily; we're still unable to figure out what may have triggered this glitch ,but we will update you when it's fixed.

I amm sure you figured this out by now, but in case, this happened to me a couple of years back and you fixed it. (Ithought it was last year but when I looked it was from 30 April 07 if that helps any.

I swapped my email to an old one, checked it today to see and still getting one every afternoon.

They're trying to stop it. Only a few people are having this happen and they haven't been able to figure out why.
Please forward the emails to the address given above.

Hi Rainnestorme,
It's unfortunate that we've still been unable to find out the reason it's being sending those emails - I'd recommend changing the email linked to your account to a dummy email address while we try to get this fixed.
