My Magelo profile (#856112) has been deleted. I transferred to Luclin and ran Magelo Sync. It deleted my previous profile and created another one. I would like my old profile reinstated, please.

Hello Tordail Farstryder
Moving your character to another server should not change the Profile ID after a fresh sync.
So we need to look in our database to check why your ID changes.
We will keep you posted.
