i paid for a one year premium upgrade two days ago, and my account page is still showing that it expired in 2013. i reported this through the contact tool yesterday, and have not received an acknowledgement.
please address .

Same. After entering my payment information, I never got taken to the correct confirmation web page in my browser (said Magelo has an expired security certificate), but I got an email saying I paid. I still can't access any of the premium features.
