Hi,
I just created an account and paid for premium, then downloaded Magelo Sync 5.0.3 to sync my characters. But when I tried to log in to magelo sync using the same username and password as I used on the website (I use a password manager so I paste over the password, so I know for 100 % sure it's the correct password) I kept getting an error message saying "Incorrect username or password".
So I tried changing from a 28 character, randomly generated string with letters, digits and symbols to a 12 character, random string of just letters and digits, and the login now works.
So something in the password below did not agree with the log-in on magelo sync:
ab$C@C?i&GCb4nShxr4TRrASLDQN
(It's a randomly generated password that has been changed so it should be fine that I post it as it cannot be used anywhere for anything)
Figured it's probably something worth flagging.

How fixed is it? I just tried it with my long time existing account and I get the bad username password error.

I'm getting the same error, been a long time user and haven't changed my credentials.
UPDATE: Never mind. I set it to require a login and re-entered my credentials and now it works
