Can you try to delete the sync.properties and the cache directory that you might have in your Magelo Sync directory (default install dir is C:\Program Files\Magelo\Magelo Sync ). Let me know how it goes.

That's really weird but I really need more information about what is going otherwise I can't really help you... Can you tell me :
- Which operation system you are using
- 32 or 64 bits ?
- Which Java runtime have you installed, 32 or 64 bits ?
- What error do you have exactly
In the meantime, you can use the armory import and once we solved the issue, you can switch to the client seamlessly.

Apparently, according to the logs something is blocking Magelo Sync from being able to update some files properly. Would you mind deleting the Magelo Sync folder in C://Program Files before re-installing it please? That should let it re-do the updates all over again.
Thanks.

Hi Taztoon5,
According to our records, you have successfully updated a character from your EQ account. I can assure you that the benefits of using Magelo Sync will outweigh the minor inconvenience you suffered the past few days.
Should you wish to pursue the subject, however, we will gladly assist you with all manner of account-related queries through our support email, which is support@magelo.com.
Thank you.

Hi taztoon5,
It looks like you solved your issue as our logs indicated that you synced your toon using Magelo Sync yesterday. Can you share with us what was the culprit so it can benefit the community if something like that happens to someone else ?
Thanks !
