Hello, created my characters profile last week, manually input gear and synced. Medal next to my name under 'My characters' profile is showing ranked but I do not appear in the ranking search or on my servers class ranking. What am I doing wrong?

Hi slimed,
This icon should not appear like this, this is a bug on our side. We only rank authentic profiles since quite sometime now but we forgot to reflect this logic with that icon on the character page. I will fix this to avoid confusion, thanks !.

An authentic profile is a profile that has the gold seal meaning it is a certified profile, it has not been edited manually.

Just a heads up, would be a bit helpful to show that on the features page, that ranking can be viewed on free account but to participate it takes premium, as free sync does not include gear
